We offer you an organized and methodical structure where you will address, in a simple and targeted way, issues that until now you have not been able to face due to lack of time, guidance or a clear starting point. Discover the benefits for yourself; try it and enjoy it! We understand that forming new habits can be a challenge, but we will be with you every step of the way, to help you achieve the habit of working on yourself, just 15 minutes a day. This will allow you to live more consciously and presently. Our method is unique: it combines ancient wisdom with modern approaches, providing clear, understandable and applicable strategies. We address the different facets of the human being to achieve comprehensive well-being, focusing on the mind, body, emotions and spirituality. To commit to yourself, we ask that you dedicate between 15 and 20 minutes a day to this personal work. We recommend doing it at the same time each day, preferably in the morning. Preparations: Choose a quiet space in your home for your daily sessions. An outdoor location like a terrace would be ideal, but the important thing is that it is a place you can consider your personal refuge. - Have these items on hand for your practices: - A notebook for your notes. - Incense or a candle to create a relaxing environment. - Headphones.
