KAP ( Kundalini Activation Process): Energy transmission to illuminate your awareness.

The energy comes down to the crown chakra into the body to your root chakra where your kundalini is resting. It builds up creating a micro orbit of energy flowing up and down and also crossing your heart chakra in a natural and safe way. The energy has intelligence on its own and will show you what you are ready to receive at the moment.

What may you experience?  

During an awakening you may feel the uncoiling of the nerve from the Dantian space ( below the belly bottom )

spiraling © up through the vertebral column all the way up to the shoulders and/or up to the head. Some people may

 experience intensive heat on the spine and pain in the shoulders for months.

However, along with this intense physical feeling people may also experience :

* Pure vitality

* Transcendence of ego

* Transcendence of fear and anxiety

* Transcendence of personal beliefs

* Expanded awareness

* Improve of mental clarity

* Spiritual insightfulness

* Appreciation of all life

* Divine love

* Feeling alive; because there is also an inner sense of kundalini as an intelligent and benevolent living presence.

What do you have to do before the event?

- Fast or eat very light 3 hours prior to the session. 

- 🛑 Do not eat anything dense 3 hours before the session. if you feel that you are very hungry, eat something light, like fruit or juice or a small smoothie for example. Much better if you come fasting.

- 🛑 Do not consume any type of drugs 💊or alcohol 🍷24 hours before the session.

- Wear comfortable clothes.

- Try to arrive 10 minutes before the time.

- Please bring your mat

What will you do during the session?

- Come without expectations, KAP is a path of surrender! Surrender is to let go! Open your mind to the Magic and not the Logic!  Open your senses to the love ❤️ cosmic creative energies!

- Lie down on the mat with your eyes closed.

Some tips after KAP

🛑  Do not consume any drugs or pills 💊 or alcohol Next 24 hours 🍷

- [ ] To maintain the higher frequencies eat healthy organic foods for the next few days. Mostly Foods that receive daylight 🌝, not processed foods.

- [ ] For the rest of the day try to relax, avoid crowds of people, maybe journal, rest your body and pay attention to your intuition. Listen to your first thought 💭 and follow it.

Marialina Gonzalez (@frecuenciaalpha)  is a KAP Facilitator and a  200 RTY Kundalini Yoga Instructor. She completed her teacher training at Kundalini University, learning directly from Master Venant Wong. 

She teaches with her heart center in order to create an environment to help guide her students through the journey of awakening a deeper connection with their souls and truly experiencing the real Life Force of Prana.
