This program is designed for those looking to calm their mind, let go of what weighs them down, and live with intention, focusing on the only thing they really have: The Now. Through this 6-day program, you will learn to live one day at a time, integrating practices such as meditation, journaling, conscious breathing, gratitude, and grounding. The Flyght method combines these practical tools to help you reconnect with the present moment, transforming concrete actions into meaningful rituals that will anchor your attention to the now. With reflections, meditations, and applicable tasks, you will discover how to pause, let go of distractions, and build a more conscious, fulfilled, and present-focused life. Live in the present and One day at a time. During these 6 days, you will follow a series of simple and practical steps that will guide you into the present. How does it work? Every day you will find: 1. Quote of the Day: Inspiration to focus on the topic of the day. 2. Reflection: A short reading that invites you to delve deeper into the concept of the day. 3. Meditation: A guided practice of a few minutes to connect with yourself. 4. Practical Task: A simple action to apply what you have learned in your daily life. 5. Personal Questionnaire: Questions to reflect on and record your experience. Recommendations: 1. Dedicate time: You only need between 10 and 15 minutes a day in a quiet place. 2. Follow the order: Do each step in the order indicated by the program. 3. Be consistent: Complete the 6 days to get the maximum benefit. 4.
