Service Description

Let’s flow! In this class you will move continuously trough sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement. It will allow you to release stress, while still building strength and gaining flexibility. All levels welcome, modifications are always offered!

Cancellation Policy

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 2-days prior to your session in order to reschedule it. Late cancellation penalty: Due to limited availability and high demand, late cancellation will result in the loss of the session. We are not responsible for no-shows due to late arrival, and the penalty will still apply. Please arrive for the session early or on time.
