Service Description

Esta experiencia está dirigida a mujeres y hombres que quieren introducirse y profundizar en el método de Ashtanga Yoga. La duración de la práctica es de 1 hora y 30 minutos, incluyendo el tiempo de meditación y la práctica de Pranayama con distintas técnicas de Lower pressure Fitness, que sirve, no solo para reducir centímetros de cintura , sino que además agrega potencia en el perineo y órganos genitales. En cada práctica se trabajará handstand, escorpión, fuerza de hombros, brazos, equilibrio, core e isquiotibiales. Estiramiento, con distintas técnicas, tanto desde limpieza y sanación de fascia, como de aislamiento de los músculos con elementos de ayuda como : rueda, gomas y tacos Las clases son individuales. Empezando con 1 vez por semana el primer mes para subir a dos veces por semana. El objetivo es desarrollar y mantener una práctica personal, sostenible en el tiempo, aprendiendo importantes conceptos para construir una base fuerte y estable. Nota: Venir a la clase con un mínimo ayuno de 2 horas. ------------------------ This experience is for women and men who want to enter and deepen the Ashtanga Yoga method. Late cancellation penalty: Due to limited availability and high demand, late cancellation will result in the loss of the session. We are not responsible for no-shows due to late arrival, and the penalty will still apply. Please arrive for the session early or on time.
