Flyght Experience, A Day specially designed to help you look at the world from a different internal perspective. We will give you tools to create new routines and practices that will help you increase your well-being.

It all starts in our mind! Let's get her used to thinking in our favor.

What are you going to learn during this day?

You will become aware of the message that your body transmits, of the physical and emotional symptoms in order to change, heal or transform what does not allow you to be well.

• You will learn to choose your foods with your mind and not with your emotions so that food contributes to your well-being.
• You will practice conscious eating and how your foods are information that nourishes or malnourishes.
• You will take away a practical method to build habits that contribute to your well-being.

Luisa Fernanda Poppe Healer, Yoga teacher and biologist, will accompany us with a workshop in which we will learn the tools to find the symptom of physical ailments and thus become aware and begin to change habits of thought, emotion and action that allow us to have a life of well-being. This is what Biodecoding is about, finding the emotional meaning of diseases to find, from there, a way to heal.
