During the 1st week, you will have the opportunity to speak with someone from our team of experts to find out how you are doing and to be able to make adjustments in your process if necessary. The 1st. day, the 14th and last day, you will have 1:1 session to support you in the process.
Our App will provide your daily routine. You will not be able to advance to the next day, but you will be able to go back in case you want to review something you have already seen or complete it.
